Legal Assistant (m/f/d)

part-time (50 %), unlimited.

CTF GmbH works as a patent exploitation agency for, among others, the University and the University Hospital Freiburg. It is the point of contact for university inventors and supports them in all aspects of the process from invention to innovation.

Your responsibilities:

  • Independent, administrative support of processes in the areas of
    Invention disclosures, patents, utility models and license agreements
  • Data maintenance in administrative software (creation and updating of electronic files)
  • Correspondence with inventors, offices and lawyers
  • Support for financial management processes

Your profile:

  • ideally a paralegal, first professional experience is an advantage
  • Alternatively, completed professional training in office management
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with patent and trademark law
  • basic knowledge of written and spoken English
  • reliable and obliging appearance, ability to work in a team
